BOOTHILL GRAVEYARD 1930's

Boothill Graveyard. In use from 1878 to 1884, it
is the legendary graveyard in Tombstone Arizona, where
more than 250 early Tombstonians are buried, including
the casualties of "The Gunfight at the O.K. Corral".
View the many graves including Lester Moore. Four
slugs from a 44. No Les no more. So much of the
good and so much of the bad of early Tombstone lies
buried here.
If you look to the top left, the large cross you
see is actually not a cross at all. There were three
of these at Boothill Graveyard for many years and
were originally Gas Lamp posts on Allen Street. No
one seems to know what ever happened to them.
